Horizon is centrally located in Catonsville, Maryland, adjacent to Baltimore City. However, our trusted agents travel to the borrower no matter what Maryland County--from the Pennsylvania border to the tip of the Eastern shore. Do you accept electronic documents?

How do you guarantee the delivery of pay-off checks?

When are taxes due in Maryland?
Taxes may be paid semi-annually or annually. If paying semi-annually, taxes are due by September 30 and December 31. If paying annually, taxes are due by September 30. For more information contact Mary at mary@horizontitle.com.
How much are recording/recordation fees in Maryland?

Is a land survey required in the state of Maryland for a refinance?
